Use this function to submit a cancellation request or exercise a statutory right of withdrawal that still applies. You will receive a time-stamped receipt by email.

Before submitting

Personalised digital production can begin immediately when requested at checkout. Once supply of the digital content has begun, the statutory right of withdrawal for that content may no longer apply. Rights concerning late, defective or non-conforming delivery remain.

Submitting this form records the time of your request and sends a receipt. It does not automatically confirm that a withdrawal right or refund applies after digital production has begun.

What happens next

The system records the request and sends a receipt. The order is then reviewed against its production state, the checkout acknowledgement and applicable consumer law. Where a withdrawal or refund is due, it is processed without unnecessary delay using the original payment method where possible.

Model withdrawal wording

You do not have to use special wording. A clear message is enough. The following model can also be copied and sent to the legal email shown in the Terms:

To Story By Anyone: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following order: [order reference]. Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address, optional]. Date: [date].

The online form above is the fastest option because it records the submission time and creates an electronic receipt.
